What does a house check include?
We agree on the checklist and visit frequency for your property before service starts. Tell Nakita which rooms, visible conditions or other items you want checked.
Does camp closing include winterizing the plumbing?
Plumbing winterization is not automatically included. Describe any technical work needed so responsibilities and any specialist arrangements can be clarified.
Can I combine seasonal care with cleaning?
Yes, ask for both in your request. We’ll confirm the cleaning tasks, property-care scope, timing and price with you.
